The reality is that access to care for transgender people is limited. However, that doesn’t mean that as a transgender person, you have to settle for second-rate care.
At Chase Brexton, we specialize in transgender care including:
- primary medical,
- dental, and
- behavioral health care.
Make an appointment by calling 410-837-2050.
Chase Brexton’s providers are trained to offer health care specific to the needs of transgender people and to prescribe transgender hormone therapy, as appropriate. However, an individual must be a medical patient to be prescribed hormone therapy.
Our providers adhere generally to the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care (formerly known as the Harry Benjamin Standards of Care).
Chase Brexton’s Transgender Care helps to ensure quality informed care for transwomen, transmen, gender-queer, and others who have health care needs that are often overlooked by conventional health care organizations.
Our goal is not to treat you “regardless of” who you are, but to affirm and help you become who you are! Chase Brexton provides supportive and sensitive care to people of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, races, religions, and socioeconomic statuses.
