(4/26/24) Meet Delise Danielle!

Delise first heard about Chase Brexton through a friend around 10 years ago in 2014 or 2015. She was interested in what CBHC had to offer and began coming to the Mt. Vernon Center for HIV testing here and there. In 2017, Delise decided to become a patient and utilize various CBHC services including Behavioral Health, Primary Care, and Dentistry.

After four years of talk therapy, Delise’s therapist recommended she check out the peer counseling program. Delise describes Peer Counseling as, “absolutely wonderful, motivating and encouraging.” Delise says, “Peer counseling enhances your healing and journey to peace, I would recommend it to others, especially when combined or after traditional counseling.”

When asked to describe her care at Chase Brexton overall, Delise comments, “The care overall has been pretty great. The providers have good communication skills, offer incredible resources, and even have free prescription delivery. Chase Brexton is a great thing for the community."
