All Chase Brexton patients who have an email address have a myChaseBrexton patient portal account. If you haven’t logged in to myChaseBrexton patient portal, it’s easy to get started...

Logging in on a computer.

These web browsers work best:

  • For Windows computers - Use either the Chrome (best) or MS Edge web browser
  • For Chromebooks - Use the Chrome web browser
  • For Mac/MacBook/MacBook Air or Pro - Use the Safari web browser

Let's get you started!

  1. In your web browser, type: mychasebrexton.org. 
  2. Login using the login information we emailed you.
    1. If you don’t remember getting an email, check your email account to see if you can find it.
      1. Have the email? Simply use the login information in the email to login to the portal. 
      2. Don’t have the email? 
        1. On the main page of mychasebrexton.org click “Forgot Password.” 
        2.  Check your email again and use your email address and the password to login to the portal.

Logging in on your phone or tablet.

Download the myChaseBrexton app from your device's app store. Search 'Chase Brexton' or click the link below.

Check to make sure the type of phone or tablet you have works with the app:

Apple:

  • Must be a 2018 or newer model
  • Use the Safari web browser
  • 5G works best
  • Operating system must be IOS 16 or greater

Android:

  • Must be a 2019 or newer model
  • Need to use Google Chrome web browser
  • 5G works best

Let's get you started!

Download the myChaseBrexton app to your phone or tablet (The app is FREE for all Chase Brexton patients). Open the app and login:

  1. Logged in to myChaseBrexton on a computer before?
    1. Use your email and password to sign into the app.
  2. Never logged into myChaseBrexton? 
    1. Click “Sign Up Now.” 
    2. Complete the “New Portal Login Request” screen. 
    3. Check your email
      1. Wait about 1 hour on weekdays. 
      2. Or, if you requested to sign up on a weekend or holiday, the first business day after.
  3. Use the login information in the email to login to the app.
Once you’ve logged in, you’re all set! Now you can check your portal anytime and access your healthcare with the click of a mouse!
