Same and next day medical appointments are available for a lot of condition like:

- Painful or frequent urination

Our Walk-In Medical Clinic is available only to current Chase Brexton patients with a medical provider at a Chase Brexton Center. You can always call us to make a same day or next day appointment: 410-837-2050.
Columbia Center
- Mon, Wed, & Fri: 8:20 AM - 12 PM and 1 PM - 4:40 PM
- Tues: 8:20 AM - 12 PM and 1 PM - 4 PM
- Thu: 8:20 AM - 12 PM
Note: The Columbia Center walk-in clinic will be closed from 12 to 2 on the first Tuesday of each month.
Glen Burnie Center (Adults Only)
- Mon & Fri: 8:20 AM - 11:20 AM
Mt. Vernon Center
- Mon, Tues & Thurs: 8:20 AM - 11:40 AM and 1 PM - 1:40 PM
- Wed & Fri: 8:20 AM - 11:40 AM and 1 PM - 4:20 PM

Walk-in HIV Testing Hours & Locations
Fast, free HIV testing is available to anyone; you don't have to be a Chase Brexton patient. Know your status - get tested!
Walk-in HIV testing is available at our Columbia, Easton, & Mt. Vernon Centers:
- Mon-Thurs: 9 AM - 6 PM
- Fri: 9 AM - 4 PM
Testing is on the 6th floor at Mt. Vernon Center.

Walk-in Sexual Health Clinic Hours & Locations
The Sexual Health Clinic offers contraception, prevention, and testing services for a wide range of sexually transmitted infections. Linkage to additional services and ongoing care with Chase Brexton is available.
The clinic is open to anyone; you don't have to be a Chase Brexton patient. No appointment is necessary, walk-ins are welcome.
Mt. Vernon Center, 3rd Floor
- Mon, Wed, Fri: 12 PM - 4 PM
- Tues, Thurs: 12 PM - 6:30 PM
