Baltimore (Dec. 15, 2025) – Chase Brexton’s substance use treatment clinic will expand access to additional patients in Baltimore City thanks to a recent grant from Maryland’s Office of Overdose Response (MOOR).
Since its establishment in January 2024, Chase Brexton’s Substance Use Treatment Enhancement Program (STEP) Clinic has provided Medications for Opioid Use Disorders (MOUD), harm reduction services, and peer recovery support to populations impacted by the Opioid Epidemic in Baltimore City and surrounding areas.
