Let's talk about teeth (and gums and your whole mouth!).
There are some ways to help ensure your smile shines at every age
For Babies and Kids
Start dental care early!
First tooth? Start by wiping with a clean, damp cloth every day
More than a few teeth? Switch to a small, soft toothbrush
Bring babies in to the dentist for a dental check-up by age 1
At age two, begin using toothpaste (a small amount - talk with your dentist about types and techniques)
Until they can write their own name, you should brush for them
When they begin to brush on their own, watch them each time
Tips for a Smile that
Shines at Every Age
Follow a routine for your teeth
