About Chase Brexton

Chase Brexton has a long history supporting the HIV/AIDS community.

Founded in 1978 as a gay health clinic, Chase Brexton has evolved from a small organization serving only the gay community into a multi-faceted health center offering a continuum of care to a diverse and often medically underserved community.  We are a Maryland provider of HIV-targeted case management services, a state-certified substance abuse provider, and a credentialed provider in Maryland’s specialty mental health system, which provides mental health services to Medicaid enrollees and uninsured citizens.

At Chase Brexton, we strive to respect all manners of diversity.

Each day, Chase Brexton provides care that honors and affirms our many patients. Patients of all ages, races, genders, gender identities, religions, sexual orientations, ethnicities, and socioeconomic statuses may expect hiqh quality, compassionate care.
