(9/25/24) We know that June is filled with fun and informative Pride events, but did you know that October is ALSO a special month for the LGBTQIA+ community? Not only is October LGBTQ+ History Month and Blaq Pride Month, we also celebrate National Coming Out Day (Oct. 11th), National Pronoun Day (Oct. 16th), and Intersex Awareness Day (Oct. 26th). 

Throughout the month, The Center for LGBTQ Health Equity will also be at local Pride festivals/events across Central Maryland- be sure to stop by and say hi!

Black activists and thought leaders have been instrumental in advancing the welfare and rights of LGBTQ and Same Gender Loving people in Baltimore. This month, join us in celebrating Blaq Pride Month by learning about the history of the movement, the event, and what it means for LGBTQ people of all races and backgrounds. LUNCH WILL BE SERVED for all who are registered.
