Debbie says, "I had been toying with the idea of leaving my 20+ years career in the investment services industry for an opportunity to contribute to the success of something I felt enthusiastic about – something that had a positive impact on people’s lives. When the CBHC recruiter called, I was sitting on a beach contemplating my future. After conducting research, I realized that this could be what I was looking for. The then CEO and the then Chair of the Board of Directors interviewed me, and I was offered the position the next day. I began my career at Chase amid change at Chase (the new MVC building and a new CEO).
During my time here, CBHC has grown and changed in many ways, but its core remains the same. It has been exciting to be part of it. I love knowing that people are receiving needed medical, behavioral, dental, and other personal needs care. I feel fortunate to have a small role at an organization that does so much good in the communities we serve."
