As a member of the community health center program and a Federally Qualified Health Center, Chase Brexton fulfills a critical need for our communities by providing quality, affordable care for all.
In the nearly 40 years we have existed, we have saved countless lives.
We reduced and prevented chronic disease for the most challenged of patients, provided patients with affordable options for care other than a costly hospital emergency room, innovated care by improving the treatment of HIV and other chronic diseases, and been on the frontlines for national health crises, including the opioid epidemic.
