Rachel says, "Well, I can honestly say that working with the Quality Team all this time has been a huge perk. And I have been lucky to ALWAYS have been under managers who were supportive, understanding, passionate, and a wealth of knowledge and insight. I don’t have as much interaction with patients as I did back in the beginning but its always encouraging to be able to work with staff who are engaged in what were doing, which is usually data so I get how its not everyone’s cup of tea, and to know that the work we do supports patient outcomes.”
