(11/12/24) On Tuesday, October 29th, Chase Brexton Health Care was awarded the Excellence in Neurodiversity - Large Business award at the Kennedy Krieger 2024 Neurodiversity in the Workplace National Conference! We are proud of this achievement and our work in neurodiversity and inclusivity.

Communications Manager of Special Projects, Julia Cosentino-Tich who presented, Cultivating Company Culture, The Power of Marketing to Fuel Belonging in the Workplace at the Conference, comments, "In just three years, The Institute for Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI) has developed and implemented required training for all staff on disability, educated on interviewing/meeting tips for supervisors, written about the history of the disability movement, and shared dozens of local resources. They have worked with the Marketing Department to ensure that videos on the waiting room screens are captioned, and electronic images have alt text. The Institute for EDI has celebrated Disability in Employment Month and Disability Pride Month, developing resources like the following for all stakeholders, https://chasebrexton.org/disabilitypride24.
