Mental Health Awareness Month

Each year, millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental illness. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, dedicated to fighting stigma, providing support, educating the public and advocating for better policies for these individuals and their families.

This year's theme is "Back to Basics," encouraging health care organizations to provide basic knowledge about mental health and what individuals can do if they need assistance. Learn more about Chase Brexton's therapy services here.
